1. Floor Size
Size is the starting point. A larger floor means more panels, more crew time and more truck space. Our floors run from 16' x 16' (up to 80 guests) to 32' x 32' (400+ guests) in 2-foot steps. Use our size guide to see which size matches your guest count.
2. Shape and Finish
Floors come in black, white or two-tone. Square layouts are the most straightforward, while custom shapes built around a stage or an unusual floor plan take more planning and installation time. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll factor it in.
3. Custom Content
The floor plays custom video and images. A simple monogram or a quinceañera's name is quick to set up. A full brand animation with several content changes through the night takes more preparation. Let us know what you'd like to show so we can include it in your quote.
4. Indoor, Outdoor or Tented
We install both indoors and at outdoor and tented events. Outdoor setups depend on the surface, access and conditions at the site, so choosing your setting on the quote form helps us plan the install accurately.
5. Venue Logistics
Every venue is different. Things that affect the work include:
Distance from the loading dock to the room
Freight elevators, stairs or long carries
Tight load-in and load-out windows
Power near the floor

Floors are limited per date, so popular Saturdays and holiday weekends book first. Reaching out early gives you the best chance of getting the size and finish you want.
