LED Dance Floor Rental in Boca Raton & Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County events have their own standard: elegant private clubs, oceanfront resorts and a full calendar of galas. Dance Floor You brings custom magnetic LED dance floors to weddings, galas and celebrations from Boca Raton to Palm Beach and beyond. We deliver, install and run every floor with our own family team.
Serving All of Palm Beach County
We work throughout Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
In Boca Raton, our team has installed floors at The Boca Raton. We also bring floors to country clubs, private estates, hotels and event venues throughout the county.
A Floor That Fits the Room
Palm Beach events often lean classic, so the floor can stay understated or go all out:
White for a soft, bridal look
Black for black-tie galas and modern ballrooms
Two-tone to frame the dance floor and tie into the décor
Custom video and images, from a subtle monogram during dinner to a crest or logo for a gala, then full color when the band or DJ starts
We install indoors as well as on terraces, lawns and under tents, which suits Palm Beach's garden and waterfront settings.
Galas, Weddings and Private Celebrations
Palm Beach County keeps a busy social calendar: charity galas, club events, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays and holiday parties, often on the same weekends. Floors are limited per date, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
Working With Clubs and Planners
Private clubs and resorts often have strict vendor rules and load-in times. We work directly with your planner or the club's events team, share venue-ready specs for power, load-in and dimensions, arrive on time and install cleanly with cables and edges hidden.
Planners and venues get priority holds on dates and a dedicated contact who answers fast.
How Big Should the Floor Be?
Sizes run from 16' x 16' (up to 80 guests) to 32' x 32' (400+ guests), plus custom shapes. For a 200-guest club wedding, our quote form lists 24' x 24' (175 to 200 guests). For a 375-guest gala, it lists 30' x 30' (300 to 400 guests). See our size guide, or send us your guest count and floor plan.
